Discover details –
this motto runs through all my work and designs.
Veith gardens are rather reduced and captivate with their clear structure and impressive details, such as solitary, shaped trees, boulders and art. Trees and woody plants are positioned in such a way that a visual depth and various visual axes are created. This rather untypical form of design allows me to almost always dispense with hedge planting for enclosure or as a privacy element. My gardens are living works of art that merge with nature.
One experience that I have made particularly my own during my professional time in Japan is the art of positioning the “beautiful things” in the garden in such a way that it always remains a constant discovery. True beauty does not have to be in the foreground; once an object, a special tree, a stone, a sculpture is discovered, the conscious perception is much greater. This way, a garden always remains an exciting encounter for you and every other visitor.
